What would you like to start your morning with ? I cant start my day without drink a cup of coffee.A cup of coffee can help you to wake up and be attention.I conceder my self as coffee addicted , I can drink 3 daily.There is a positive thing about drinking coffee but it change to negative if you drink allot .Coffee is good to clear mind and relax from stress .If you sad and you want to feel better,coffee is the perfect choice to take .Every single person have I habit to do in the morning instead of drinking coffee. Doing simple exercise when you wake up can make you more active also. Exercise can help you to get strong body even when you get older , you will avoid infecting by dangers disease. Healthy body it's what you need in old age to keep walking,running and not using medicine to keep you alive. Coffee will affect you in native way if you drink a lot daily , also the fast food which is very bad, you must eat less at lest once a month .Your health is the most important end you should thank god for this grace.
